We're currently looking for a Part Time Nanny near East Durango, Colorado (81301)

A lovely family near Lemon Reservoir is seeking a caring, reliable, and experienced part-time nanny to care for their 8-month-old daughter. Care is needed Monday through Thursday each week from 9am until 2pm. In the future, hours may be extended or added on Fridays if it works well with the candidate's availability.

The ideal candidate would have a genuine love for working in childcare, be patient, flexible, and adaptable. A love for the outdoors is a huge plus. They must also be comfortable with the family's friendly but high-energy dogs, though no pet care is required.

• Schedule:
  • Monday - Thursday: 9 am - 2 pm
    • Potential for Friday and/or additional daily hours in the future
• Rate :
  • $18-21 per hour
• 1 child: 8 months old

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive and nurturing infant care including feeding, diaper changes, and playtime
• Ensure the safety and well-being of the child at all times
• Light child-related housekeeping, such as washing bottles, laundry, or tidying up toys
• Occasional driving needs may arise in the future

Requirements

• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• 2+ years of paid, professional infant care experience
• Must be able to provide at least two professional childcare references, or references that collectively cover at least two years of professional childcare experience, whichever is greater
• CPR and First Aid certified or willing to become certified
• Has valid driver's license, own reliable transportation, proof of car insurance, and clean driving record
• Must be able to successfully clear a background and social media check

Compensation + Benefits

Position pays $18-21 per hour and the family is looking for 20 hours per week with the possibility of more hours in the future.
