• Provides front desk coverage including answering incoming calls, scheduling appointments, greeting patients, registering new patients in EPIC, scheduling laboratory and off-site diagnostic tests requested by physician, verifying insurance eligibility and interpreting covered benefits.
• Processes patient charges by totaling fees, applying insurance coverage, calculating adjustments, and receiving and recording payments in computer system.
• Clinic set-up and other office support.
• Hours: Monday-Friday, Between the hours of 7:30 AM to 7:00 PM and Rotating Saturdays 7:30 AM to 1:00 PM, Hours vary according to location.

• Keyboard and computer skills required
• Previous healthcare-based experience required
• Previous insurance, managed care, and integrative medicine experience preferred
