Clinic Administrator

 

Join our dedicated team as a Clinic Administrator! We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to oversee the day-to-day operations of our busy surgical specialty practice, ensuring smooth patient flow and efficient administrative functions. We desire an individual with skills in collaborating with leadership to formulate and achieve strategic goals.

 

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or related field.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in a healthcare administrative role, preferably in a clinic setting.
  • Proficient in electronic medical records (EMR) systems and billing codes. (EPIC preferred)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients, physicians, staff, and insurance companies.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Demonstrated leadership and problem-solving abilities.

 

  • Responsibilities

 

Oversee clinic operations, including strategic planning, managing departments, and ensuring compliance with HIPAA.

 

Managing finances and billing

 

Developing departmental and institutional goals

 

Recruiting, hiring, and training staff

 

Developing employee policies and procedures

 

Ensuring legal compliance and adherence to accreditation guidelines
