Job Title: Pipe WelderPay Rate $25 -$38Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled Pipe Welder to join our piping team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for TIG welding stainless steel and carbon steel pipes for sanitary and food processing manufacturing plant installations. This role requires a willingness to travel 75% of the time.ResponsibilitiesPerform TIG welding on stainless steel and carbon steel pipesAssemble, maintain, and install structural units and piping systemsWork both indoors and outdoors, frequently traveling to construction/job sitesConduct mechanical troubleshootingEnsure high-quality welds for sanitary pipe installationsWork with a team to complete projects efficientlyEssential SkillsMechanical aptitudeAbility to work with a teamWelding knowledgeCompetency in MIG, TIG, and/or SMAW weldingExperience with welding various types and sizes of pipe (carbon, stainless, etc.)Mechanical troubleshooting5+ years of experience in the mechanical fieldAdditional Skills & Qualifications6G TIG welding certification or equivalent experienceExperience in heavy wall TIG weldingExperience working with a crew on job sitesKnowledge of process piping or pipeline workExperience in equipment installation and riggingWhy Work Here?Our company is rapidly growing, nearly doubling in size over the past two years.
