Parallel Architectural Products is an up-and-coming leading powder coating facility featuring state-of-the-art automation equipment. We are looking for a power coating technician who can join our team and help us deliver excellent results to our customers.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years experience in powder coating.
• Familiarity with the powder coat process and basic settings of the equipment used in the process (airflow, KV’s UA, etc.).
• Ability to follow directions and learn as we use some automated processes not used by other powder coat shops.
• We take pride in meeting all our customers' expectations and deadlines which may require 10-hour-days in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail ensuring parts are coated properly and efficiently that meet our high standards.
• Maintain the powder coat equipment and work areas by our guidelines, and identify/report any issues for immediate resolution.
• Keep track of powder usage and maintain organization in the powder room to ensure an available inventory to complete work orders.
• Self-motivated and able to work closely with team members.
• Must be organized and able to follow directions.
• Must be able to identify and report damaged goods for immediate resolution.

We are a production factory, everyone gets cross-trained in all aspects of the factory. In addition to powder coating, you must be able to operate but not be limited to a screw gun, skill saw, chop saw 7,000 # forklift scissor lift, and be mechanically inclined.
