Job Title: Pre-Litigation Supervisor – Personal Injury

Location: Coney Island, New York

Salary : $80,000+

Job Summary:

Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Pre-Litigation Supervisor to lead their personal injury team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of personal injury law, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to manage a team effectively. Bilingual proficiency in Russian is highly preferred to better serve their diverse client base. This role involves overseeing case preparation, managing paralegals, and ensuring compliance with all legal procedures and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage a team of paralegals in handling personal injury pre-litigation cases, ensuring quality and efficiency.
• Oversee case preparation, including gathering medical records, drafting demand letters, and coordinating client communication.
• Conduct legal research and assist attorneys in developing case strategies specific to personal injury claims.
• Provide training and mentorship to paralegals on personal injury procedures and case management tools.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and case deadlines.
• Serve as the primary liaison between attorneys, clients, medical providers, and insurance companies to facilitate case progression.
• Leverage bilingual Russian skills (preferred) to communicate effectively with Russian-speaking clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a paralegal or in a supervisory role within personal injury litigation.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• In-depth knowledge of personal injury law and procedures.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bilingual proficiency in Russian is highly preferred.
