We are needing a skilled and motivated Pressure Wash Technician. As a Technician, you will be responsible for performing a variety of technical tasks to support our operations. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work and has a strong attention to detail.

Position Overview:
Casa Washa needs a reliable and skilled Power Washing Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in power washing and can operate equipment efficiently. In addition to power washing, the technician will be responsible for various exterior cleaning tasks, including gutter cleaning, driveway maintenance, and window cleaning and much more. The successful candidate will be a critical thinker, quick learner, and possess exceptional attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Perform power washing services on residential & commercial properties, including but not limited to:
• Cleaning exterior walls, decks, sidewalks, and other surfaces.
• Removing dirt, grime, mold, and other contaminants using appropriate techniques and equipment.
• Ensuring thorough and consistent cleaning results while maintaining the safety of the property and surroundings.
• Operate and maintain power washing equipment:
• Familiarize yourself with various types of power washing machinery and tools.
• Conduct routine maintenance checks to ensure equipment is in optimal working condition.
• Troubleshoot and address any technical issues that may arise during operation.
• Perform other exterior cleaning tasks as needed:
• Clean gutters to remove debris and ensure proper drainage.
• Maintain driveways by removing stains, dirt, and other buildup.
• Clean windows to achieve a streak-free and spotless finish.
• Adhere to safety protocols:
• Follow safety guidelines and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.
• Use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required when operating machinery and handling cleaning agents.
• Uphold company standards:
• Ensure all work is completed to the highest quality standards and meets customer expectations.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate tasks and schedules.
• Represent Casa Washa professionally and maintain a positive attitude when interacting with clients and colleagues.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in power washing and exterior cleaning preferred.
• Operating power washing equipment and tools.
• Troubleshoot machinery and resolve technical issues.
• Strong critical thinking skills and attention to detail.
• Quick learner with a willingness to adapt to new techniques and technologies.
• Physically fit and able to perform manual labor in various weather conditions.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to safety and adherence to company policies and procedures.
