• Contract Duration: 12-months + potential to extend
• Worksite Location: Plymouth, Minnesota | Hybrid
• Hourly Rate: $35-38/hr W2

What you’ll do as a Production Design & Content Specialist:

• Create, edit, resize, and modify product images (CGI, lifestyle, etc.) to visually communicate product features for eCommerce platforms
• Collaborate with business units to execute visual content strategies and ensure brand consistency
• Leverage written content for high-quality visual design
• Troubleshoot and resolve image-related issues based on marketplace standards
• Stay aligned with brand voice and style guides for content creation
• Address customer feedback to enhance the web experience
• Plan and implement product page enhancements (e.g., size charts, videos)
• Conduct competitive analysis to stay updated on industry trends
• Identify and improve internal processes and workflows

What you’ll bring to the Production Design & Content Specialist role:

• Bachelor’s degree in Production Design, Graphic Design, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in digital production design, preferably in eCommerce and marketplaces (portfolio required)
• Proficient in Adobe Suite/Photoshop
• Strong communication skills (oral and written)
• Knowledge of eCommerce, product marketing, and best practices for showcasing product features
• Experience with style guides and content standards
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Familiar with e-commerce algorithms and optimization strategies
• Strong systems understanding and ability to quickly adapt to new tools
