The Project Manager (PM) leads all aspects of the Enterprise Budgeting and Vendor Applications Operational Support initiative. They serve as the primary point of contact for NYCDOE stakeholders and oversee project planning, delivery, risk mitigation, team coordination, and adherence to scope and compliance.
Work Location:Hybrid - Primarily remote with required on-site presence for key planning meetings, demos, and approvals.

Other DOE-designated locations as required.
Lead multi-disciplinary project teams using Agile or hybrid methods
Oversee compliance with security, accessibility (WCAG), and DOE technical standards
Track milestones, manage risk, and maintain all required documentation
Coordinate change control, stakeholder communication, and QA reviews
10+ years of IT Project Management experience
5+ years with large-scale public sector or education clients
Strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and schedule management skills
Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred
Certifications:PMP required; Agile/Scrum Master preferred
