We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in underground utilities, civil contracting, road construction, asphalt, and concrete construction. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the project, from planning and design to execution and completion. You will work closely with the team to ensure that the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Responsibilities:
  • Manage all aspects of the project, including planning, design, execution, and completion
  • Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets
  • Coordinate with the team to ensure that all work is completed on time and to the highest quality standards
  • Manage project risks and develop contingency plans
  • Communicate with stakeholders to ensure that their needs are met throughout the project
  • Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed
  • Ensure that all safety regulations and guidelines are followed
  • Prepare and submit project reports to management
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in underground utilities, civil contracting, road construction, asphalt, and concrete construction
  • Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to develop project plans, timelines, and budgets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong leadership skills, including the ability to motivate and inspire team members
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and guidelines
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software
