That’s why we’re on the hunt for an AI Video Editor  who’s ready to make a real impact.

This role is 100% remote and you will join a team that already works from 20 different world countries.

THE ROLE

We seek a talented and innovative  AI Video Editor to help us  launch and grow a YouTube channel for two exciting brands:  Hooks & Needles and  Mrs. Quilty . Your primary responsibility will be to create high-quality, AI-generated video content that not only captivates viewers but also drives traffic, generates leads, and boosts sales for both brand websites.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create high-quality, AI-generated video content tailored to YouTube audiences, ensuring alignment with marketing goals and brand voice while promoting both Hooks & Needles and Mrs. Quilty.
• Leverage AI Tools (e.g., for voiceovers, scriptwriting, animation, and video editing) to produce polished, professional videos.
• Implement YouTube Performance Strategies , focusing on SEO, audience engagement, and algorithm optimization to maximize views and interactions.
• Research Trending Topics to develop creative video ideas that resonate with the target audience and drive engagement.
• Collaborate with the Team to align video content with overall marketing objectives and ensure both brands consistency.
• Optimize SEO through keyword-rich titles, descriptions, tags, and metadata to improve video discoverability and performance.
• Monitor Video Performance using data-driven insights to refine strategies and enhance future content.
• Deliver High-Quality Videos on time, maintaining creativity, attention to detail, and consistency in all projects.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Proven experience in creating AI-generated video content, preferably for YouTube.
• Experience using AI tools such as  Synthesia ,  Runway ,  Pictory , or similar platforms for video creation and editing.
• Strong understanding of  YouTube algorithms ,  SEO , and  audience engagement strategies.
• Ability to work  independently and meet deadlines while maintaining a high standard of quality.
• Creativity in developing compelling content ideas that drive action and resonate with viewers.
• A portfolio of past AI-generated video projects (required for consideration).

Preferred Skills:

• Experience creating  sales or lead-generation -oriented content.
• Familiarity with  marketing and  advertising principles.
• Knowledge of  YouTube monetization strategies .

THE RECRUITMENT PROCESS

• 10 min online DISC assessment to identify your behavioral style, as we strongly believe in the power of diverse teams.
• 15-30 min intro e-meet with Foxelli Group Talent Acquisition team to discuss company, role, your experiences, and expectations.
• Home Task.
• 60 min e-meet with the Hiring Manager and team members from Foxelli Group to discuss the vision of the role, your competencies, and technical skills, followed by a two-way Q&A session.
• Decision & Feedback from us.

SALARY

€1000 – €2000 after taxes (depending on your   skills, competencies, and experience).

Please note that this role requires a self-employment certificate.

ELIGIBILITY & LOCATION REQUIREMENTS

At Foxelli Group, our team operates primarily in the Eastern European Time Zone (EET), which is UTC+2and UTC+3 . We also use Revolut for payments, so we are open to hiring candidates in countries where Revolut payments are supported.
