Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personalized recommendations to meet clients’ needs and budgets.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel destinations, trends, and policies.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat and referral business.
• Promote special deals, packages, and travel incentives.
• Handle all travel documentation and follow up with clients before and after their trips.

Requirements:

• Must be a citizen of the United States, Mexico, Australia, or the United Kingdom.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency in using technology for research, booking systems, and communication.
• Prior experience in the travel industry is a plus but not required.
