As an Appointment Setter , your key role will be to transform warm leads into scheduled appointments. Your responsibilities include:

• Daily Duties : Engaging with up to 50 leads per day through calls and texts, maintaining over 30 conversations daily, and strictly adhering to our provided script.
• Experience Requirements : A minimum of 2 years in phone-based roles such as customer service, phone surveys, or appointment setting (sales experience is not necessary).
• High Volume Management : Proven capability to handle 30+ calls daily and achieve 5+ hours of phone activity per day.
• Performance Track Record : Demonstrated success in meeting performance metrics and KPIs.
• CRM Expertise : Proficiency with CRM systems for accurate data management and follow-up.
• Effective Communication : An extroverted personality with strong, confident phone skills.
