Job Description:

• Support the corporate close process and ensure general ledger accuracy
• Prepare month-end journal entries with appropriate documentation and review
• Conduct monthly bank and credit card reconciliations
• Handle internal and external reporting, including debt and derivatives
• Perform monthly and quarterly project-based analysis
• Assist with daily accounting across various brands or subsidiaries
• Conduct monthly variance analysis and respond to ad-hoc requests from department leaders
• Prepare audit documentation and respond to auditor inquiries
• Enhance accounting procedures for greater efficiency and internal control
• Support integration of new acquisitions and billing systems into the ERP
• Gain exposure to M&A activity as the company continues acquiring businesses

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 2–4+ years of full-cycle accounting experience
• Proficiency in Excel
• Public accounting experience preferred
• CPA or advanced degree preferred
