Job Description

Our client, a leading Construction Company in the BranchBurg NJ area is currently adding an Accountant to their team. Co offers room for career progression, 401k matches, and bonuses.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Setting up construction projects, the information, systems entries, and circulation of General Contractor contracts for review, approval, and execution.
• Maintain job files and handle WIPs
• Estimate and review request Budgets and SOV's and enter in system
• Track, review, and process Orders
• Prepare monthly AIA invoices, lien waivers, and related compliance documents.
• Monthly billing revisions
• Monitor gross profit and underbillings on monthly and job-to-date basis
• Record and post company cash receipts

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance related field.
• 6+ years of Construction/Project Accounting experience
• Strong Excel skills
• Ability to work in-office
