Lead Multi-Family Estimating - Own pre-construction budgets and bids for high-volume residential and commercial projects Impactful, High-Visibility Work - Work closely with project managers, clients, and suppliers to drive timelines and margin Autonomy with Support - Operate independently while contributing to a collaborative, fast-moving team Strong Compensation + Growth - $80K-$100K salary, bonus potential, and long-term advancement Hybrid Flexibility - Balance in-person project insight with work-from-home autonomy What You'll Be Doing: Estimate & Bid Management: Prepare detailed takeoffs and bid packages for multi-family, clubhouse, and commercial countertop projects Project Budgeting: Work with project managers to develop accurate budgets, address RFIs, and track change orders Vendor Coordination: Communicate with overseas factories and vendors to ensure materials meet quality, timeline, and budget goals Contract Review & Compliance: Stay up to date on tariffs, freight rates, and materials pricing to develop competitive bids Documentation: Use AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and Excel to create shop drawings, estimates, and project logs Cross-Team Collaboration: Act as the hub between sales, project management, and vendors to keep projects on track What You Bring: 5+ years of estimating experience in the countertop, flooring, or similar construction field Proficiency with AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, advanced formulas) Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple bids and projects at once Excellent communication and negotiation skills-you're confident in meetings and vendor calls Problem-solver mindset-you anticipate roadblocks and present smart, proactive solutions Self-directed, accountable, and experienced in hybrid or field-based work environments Compensation & Benefits: Base Salary: $80,000-$100,000 depending on experience Performance Bonus: Incentive structure based on project wins and profitability Full Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) with company match Professional Growth: Opportunity to advance in a growing organization focused on high-value commercial work Your Next Move: Are you ready to apply your estimating expertise where it counts-on projects that matter, with a team that trusts your insight?
