Job Details
Qualifications:
1. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Product Designer, UX Designer, UI Designer, or similar role.
2. A portfolio showcasing excellent design proficiency with a strong aesthetic and visual design sense.
3. Expertise in design software such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite.
4. Experience in designing complex solutions for complete digital environments (Web, SaaS, Fintech).
5. Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for rapid prototyping.
6. Experience in using UX design best practices to design solutions, and a deep understanding of mobile-first and responsive design.
7. Ability to iterate designs and solutions efficiently and intelligently.
8. Ability to clearly and effectively communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions to teams and stakeholders.
9. A clear understanding of the importance of user-centered design and design thinking.
10. Experience with a variety of design tools including Native and Figma.
11. Proven experience in all phases of the design process including user research, copywriting, wireframing, prototyping, visual design, interaction design, and usability testing.
12. An intuitive eye for customer needs beyond the obvious; an understanding of how to create simple user interfaces for complex design problems.
13. Excellent attention to detail.
