POSITION TITLE: Senior Systems Engineer
CLASSIFICATION: Exempt

POSITION OVERVIEW:

ADB is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to provide high level technical skills ensuring all company house and cloud base information system that support core organizational groups are monitored, maintained with a strong focus of risk management and successful functionality. This role will apply proven communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to help identify, communicate, and resolve issues to ensure ROI on all organizational IT investments. The ideal candidate will be highly analytical, a strong communicator, extremely customer centric and a technical expert in cloud based solutions with a strong work ethic and ALL IN attitude to achieve results.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:  

• Perform highly technical IT functions including system maintenance, monitoring, risk analysis, configuring, implementation, etc. for various organization in house and cloud-based systems
• Designs future state technologies and perform financial reviews for proposed systems ensuring it can contribute to business goals and result in a positive ROI
• Ensures system connectivity of all servers, shared software, and other applications
• Maintain documentation as it relates to system configuration, products, mapping, SOP’s, and service records
• Utilize risk management skills to proactively plan for an mitigate software and system risks to the organization
• Provides M&A support to the organization including pre-sale diligence reviews of current IT systems and process and post-sale integration actions ensuring a positive user experience
• Oversees the vendor relationship to secure products, systems, and services ensuring quality and cost are maintained
• Supports member of the IT department, including System Engineers with training, mentoring, and technical advice when requested
• Perform other duties as assigned by leadership

WORK ENVIRONMENT:  

• This role operates out of ADB’s corporate headquarters located at: 18777 U.S. Highway 66, Pacific, MO 63069
• This role operates out of a temperature controlled office environment
• This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as phones, computers, printers, etc.

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:  

• 3-5+ years of systems administration experience required
• Microsoft Advanced Certificate in Azure or M365 required
• Microsoft Expert Certificate in Microsoft Azure or M365 preferred
• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent required

The starting pay for this position is $100,000.00 and may vary based on the candidate's skills, experience, and qualifications.
