About the role

Position Overview
In this content-heavy role, your primary goal will be to love and serve our clients by enhancing their visibility on Google searches. By doing so, you will help generate leads and drive new sales for their businesses. Your responsibilities will include checking the work of content writers to ensure high quality and SEO optimization, executing the SEO process, and delivering monthly reports on time to positively impact our clients’ visibility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Content Quality Assurance: Review and ensure that content created by writers meets high standards and is optimized for SEO.
  • Execution of SEO Processes: Follow our established SEO processes to enhance client visibility.
  • Timely Deliverables: Ensure that all monthly deliverables are completed on time, with no exceptions.
  • Client Collaboration: Work closely with the Client Success team to support client interactions, including reporting and meetings.

Working Environment
This is a fully remote position with flexible working hours tailored to your schedule. While you have the freedom to choose when to work, we ask for commitment to a mutually agreed-upon schedule. Weekly team meetings will require some overlap with our team based in the Philippines.

Ideal Qualifications

  • Experience: At least 4 years in the field, with a minimum of 1 year in an agency environment managing multiple accounts and working towards specific client results.
  • Local SEO Knowledge: Proven experience in driving local SEO initiatives, with a solid understanding of the map pack and strategies to increase quality traffic.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communicator, able to convey complex SEO concepts in simpler terms.

Outcomes You Are Responsible For

  • KPI Achievement: Ensure that internal SEO deliverable KPIs are met by checking in ClickUp (our project management tool).
  • On-Time Client Delivery: Fulfill the 12-month process deliverables for each client, adhering to set timelines.

Capabilities

To succeed in this role, you should possess the following capabilities:

  • Advanced On-Page SEO: Experience with internal linking, silo-ing, and schema markup.
  • Google Business Profile Management: Ability to leverage Google Business Profiles to boost local visibility.
  • Competitor Audits: Skill in auditing and reverse-engineering successful competitor websites to implement effective strategies.
  • SEO Audit Preparation: Capability to prepare comprehensive SEO audits and communicate findings clearly to non-experts.

Duties & Responsibilities

Your core tasks will include, but are not limited to:

  • Monthly reporting to the Head of Fulfillment.
  • Executing the SEO process based on client packages.
  • Collaborating with the Client Success team to support client needs.
  • Working closely with the website team during client website rebuilds.

About you

To excel in this role, you need to have:

✅ Strong writing and content editing skills, with SEO experience.

✅ Hands-on experience with WordPress, including optimizing content using plugins and tools.

✅ Comfort in client-facing interactions and experience in an agency environment.

✅ Ability to manage content writers effectively.

✅ A willingness to share your thoughts, question ideas when there's a better way, and help teach the team, putting team efficiency ahead of personal pride.

Brownie Points for:

🔍 Additional experience with local SEO strategies.

📊 Knowledge of project management tools and reporting metrics.

📍 Familiarity with local SEO tools like BrightLocal.

🛠️ Proficiency in using SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SurferSEO, and Screaming Frog.

📈 Experience with Google Search Console and preparing reports.

During your first weeks at Clinic Success Partners, you’ll undergo training, meet new team members, and learn about our partners, business model, and operations. 

We work collaboratively with tools such as Slack and ClickUp.

In your first three months, you will manage a small portfolio of campaigns with support from a mentoring specialist and manager, who will provide guidance and quality assurance on your work. 

Your comprehensive training will cover various areas of SEO and how they relate to our campaigns, regardless of your day-to-day role.

After the initial three months (or sooner), you’ll be fully integrated into your team and contributing to the success of our campaigns.

*Please note that this is a gross salary based on full-time commitment, with the option for negotiation for part-time roles.
