Requirements & Job Summary


The Store Manager is the ultimate leader of their store, accountable for retail performance, team engagement, and delivering a world-class guest experience. Responsibilities include hiring and developing staff, fostering an inclusive store culture, managing operations, and achieving sales and profit goals.

Core Responsibilities


Leadership and People Management



  • Create an inclusive team environment and culture

  • Establish and cascade a store vision based on key metrics

  • Manage hiring to build a diverse team

  • Support ongoing development and performance management

  • Address employee concerns appropriately

Guest Experience and Community



  • Lead exceptional guest experiences through team coaching

  • Manage guest interactions and escalations

  • Build brand awareness through community relationships and initiatives

Operations, Product, and Strategy



  • Drive visual merchandising and product strategy

  • Monitor inventory and manage product levels

  • Plan store strategies quarterly and seasonally

  • Manage store profit and loss

  • Lead from the floor, coaching team members

  • Ensure safety policies are followed

Budget and People Management



  • Manage controllable budget and labor hours

  • Manage all store leadership roles and staffing decisions

Minimum Requirements



  • Legal authorization to work in the store's country

  • Ability to travel to the store reliably

  • At least 1 year of people management experience

  • At least 1 year of retail operations management experience

Preferred Assets



  • High school diploma or GED required; Bachelors degree preferred

  • Additional retail management experience is a plus

Work Environment & Compensation


Work involves bright lights, loud music, team and independent work, conflict management, community outreach, and physical activity including moving boxes up to 30 lbs. Compensation includes a base salary, bonus, benefits, and perks, with details provided in the full description.
