Job Description

Overview This position is a 12-week paid internship located in Bloomington, Spencer, or Ellettsville Indiana. It is offered for a period extending from mid-May through mid-August (exact dates depend on school calendars.) This position includes 401(k) options, an assigned mentor, capstone presentation, and intern events. If working onsite, you will also have access to a fitness center, an onsite cafeteria option, and a one-time housing stipend. All internships provide hands-on experience with meaningful projects in the Medical Device Manufacturing Industry. Responsibilities

• Create training and support materials for updated DPRA Screening Form including video training content.
• Create process flow diagram (current and future state) and associated procedure and work instructions for Information Security Assessment process. Seeking buy-in from relevant IT
• Stakeholders and navigating the change through Cook's Change Management processes.
• Support data migration activities for Data Protection Risk Assessments from paper-based copies into an electronic database.
• Create knowledge base articles, training, and informational content in support of Cook's phishign program (could include tasks related to rollout of Email Warning Tags, or material around Information Security Week's phishing contest etc.
• Seek input from relevant IT stakeholders/SMEs and incorporate user feedback to support the annual review of various Information Security policies.
