Job Overview:We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telemarketer to join our sales team. Responsibilities:- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads- Introduce and promote our products or services to potential customers- Identify customer needs and provide relevant information about our offerings- Schedule appointments or demonstrations for the sales team- Follow up with potential customers to nurture leads and close sales- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in Salesforce or other CRM software- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
Requirements:- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written- Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service is preferred- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM software is a plus- Ability to effectively communicate technical sales information to non-technical customers- Strong phone presence and persuasive skills- Proficiency in Spanish is a plus- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills- High school diploma or equivalent
