Are you the one for the job?salary: $95,000 - $120,000 per yearshift: Firstwork hours: 7 AM - 4 PMeducation: High SchoolResponsibilities Collaborate with customers and our Engineering team to craft innovative molds, gages, jigs, and fixtures for both plastic and metal parts and assemblies. Bring your creative flair to design concept meetings, presenting options, gathering feedback, and analyzing the best solutions alongside our Development team. Use customer specifications, past experiences, and team insights to design tooling that strikes the perfect balance between initial cost and long-term efficiency. Generate and integrate fresh ideas into your designs, leveraging cutting-edge computer design techniques for optimal efficiency. Take charge of finalizing layouts, detail drawings, and assembly instructions, ensuring seamless communication of design progress to all stakeholders. Maintain an open dialogue with customers and internal teams throughout the design process, fostering collaboration and ensuring alignment.
