Job Summary The Visual Merchandising Specialist ensures that company visual merchandising strategies and standards are effectively executed. Responsibilities include product presentation, styling, and in-store marketing to enhance guest experiences. The role involves implementing product stories, placement strategies, and managing merchandise and display adjustments in line with company standards and store needs, all while delivering a superior guest experience. Core Responsibilities Collaborate with store leadership to realize VM presentation and guest experience goals. Implement brand standards consistently through product stories, placement, and store navigation for a guest-centric experience. Create visually appealing product displays to enhance guest experience and increase sales. Perform VM updates such as window displays, mannequins, signage, and seasonal merchandise changes. Engage with guests to assess needs, provide product education, and support omnichannel programs. Provide real-time feedback and training to team members on visual standards and display techniques. Foster a respectful, inclusive team environment through supportive relationships. Job Requirements Eligibility Legal authorization to work in the store’s country. Reliable transportation to the store. Schedule/Availability Flexible shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Potential for early mornings or late nights during peak times or special events. Experience At least 1 year in retail or sales. Some background in visual merchandising, fashion, graphic or interior design, or space planning. Preferred Assets High school diploma or higher; design-related education or training. Experience in product merchandising, visual display, or inventory management. Food safety or liquor service certification for experiential food/beverage stores. Compensation & Benefits Base pay: $21.00 - $24.16/hour, plus target bonus of $2.00/hour, total range $23.00 - $26.16/hour.
