Key Responsibilities:

• Efficiently deliver food and drinks to guests while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Ensure orders are accurate and timely, and work closely with servers and kitchen staff.
• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a great dining experience.
• Keep the dining area clean, organized, and stocked as needed.
• Handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and stay calm under pressure.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in a restaurant setting (preferably in a similar role).
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be physically capable of lifting, carrying, and walking long distances throughout a shift.
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills and strong team-oriented attitude.
• Positive, friendly, and energetic personality with a passion for customer service.
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain composure.
• Flexibility with shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
