Position: Converting Machine Operator Shift: 2nd (Mon - Fri; 3pm - 11pm)- Shift Premium Available!! 3rd (Sun - Thurs; 11pm - 7am)- Shift Premium Available!! As a Machine Operator you are eligible for a Production BONUS, and Quarterly Attendance BONUS! We are hiring for a reliable Machine Operator who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment! The Machine Operator will be responsible for operating and troubleshooting a converting machine. The ideal candidate should have some mechanical aptitude, the willingness to learn and the ability to work in a team environment. What You Need to Have? High school diploma or equivalency preferred. Minimum 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment. Ability to read a ruler required. Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. Be able to multi-task and work in a fast pace environment. Ability to constantly walk and stand for 8 hr. Ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, and climb ladders. How you contribute as a team member: Continuously work as a hands-on operator. Assist with equipment set-up, adjustment and operation. Assist with change overs. Process finished product. Test quality of product. Troubleshoot and repair basic mechanical malfunctions. How we take care of you!
