Beltway Office Solutions is a document solutions company that leases, rents, sells, and services COPIER equipment throughout the Maryland, Washington DC, and Northern Virginia regions. Our applicant will only report to our Columbia, MD office a couple of times a week. We've been helping our clients get the most out of their office technology for over 20 years. We’re looking for a SELF-MOTIVATED Field Service Copier Technician.
Requirements:
Ability to work independently under minimal supervision
Color MFP experience
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Konica Minolta and Or Kyocera experience preferred
Maintain personal inventory and car stock
Networking experience preferred
Perform modifications, updates, and firmware updates
Punctual and reliable
Strong problem-solving skills and quick resolution
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
