Available Positions:

  • Assist union and association members with their benefits
  • Resolve routine and complex issues to ensure a smooth client experience
  • Maintain thorough documentation and accuracy in all interactions
  • Collaborate seamlessly with your team

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills to support effective client interactions
  • Ability to work independently and in a team setting
  • Goal-oriented with a strong attention to detail
  • Previous customer service experience is advantageous
