Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries about benefits
• Provide personalized guidance and support to clients
• Develop strong relationships with new and existing clients
• Execute administrative tasks as needed
• Enroll clients in specialized benefit plans
• Assist union and association members with their benefits
• Resolve routine and complex issues to ensure a smooth client experience
• Maintain thorough documentation and accuracy in all interactions
• Collaborate seamlessly with your team

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills to support effective client interactions
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting
• Goal-oriented with a strong attention to detail
• Previous customer service experience is advantageous
