Position: Sr. Jira Administrator/Architect Location: Remote EST/CST Must Have Skills: Planview, Zephyr, ScriptRunner Experience: Familiar with Agile and Kanban development frameworks and project management. Ability to troubleshoot and analyze complex issues to provide comprehensive solutions. Able to demonstrate experience supporting technical users and conducting requirements analysis. Capable of working independently with minimal guidance and oversight. Experience with IT Service Management and familiarity with Incident & Problem management. Required Technical Expertise: Experience managing and configuring Atlassian products (specifically Jira Cloud, Jira Service Management, Jira Automation). Experience with Atlassian Marketplace add-ons such as Zephyr Automated Test Suite and ScriptRunner. Proficiency in scripting and automation (bash, python, other programming languages). Preferred Technical Experience: Experience automating manual tasks. Experience with Agile processes and tools like Rally, Trello. Experience with identity management, SSO, and license management.
