Sorting Robotics Inc. is a fast-growing cannabis tech startup revolutionizing the industry with our robotic innovations. We are seeking a Marketing & Brand Manager to join our team and play a key role in driving the growth and success of our brand.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
• Create and execute digital marketing campaigns across various platforms.
• Manage social media channels and create engaging and compelling content.
• Oversee the development and design of marketing collateral.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
• Monitor and report on key performance metrics to assess campaign effectiveness.
• Manage and optimize the company's website and online presence.
• Oversee the organization and execution of industry trade shows and events.
• Research and identify new marketing opportunities and trends.
• Other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the cannabis.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of digital marketing strategies and tactics.
• Experience with social media management and content creation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Highly organized with strong project management skills.
• Passion for the cannabis industry and an understanding of its unique challenges and opportunities.
• Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced startup environment.

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Work Location: Onsite (Van Nuys, CA)
