Job Description

We are hiring an RPA Developer to design, develop, and implement Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions to streamline business processes. This remote role offers the opportunity to work with global teams and deliver automation solutions that enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop RPA workflows using platforms like UiPath , Automation Anywhere , or Blue Prism .
  • Collaborate with business analysts and process owners to identify and document automation opportunities.
  • Develop, test, and deploy RPA solutions to meet business requirements.
  • Ensure scalability, reliability, and security in all RPA implementations.
  • Monitor and maintain existing RPA solutions, troubleshoot issues, and implement updates as required.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation for RPA processes and workflows.
  • Work closely with IT teams to integrate RPA solutions with other systems and applications.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and best practices in RPA and intelligent automation.
  • Conduct user training and provide support to ensure smooth adoption of RPA solutions.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Hands-on experience with RPA platforms like UiPath , Automation Anywhere , or Blue Prism .
  • Strong knowledge of programming languages such as Python , C# , or Java .
  • Familiarity with process analysis and process improvement methodologies.
  • Proficiency in integrating RPA with databases, APIs, and third-party applications.
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills for RPA solution optimization.
  • Understanding of AI/ML integration into RPA workflows for intelligent automation.
  • Knowledge of OCR tools like Abbyy , Google Vision , or Tesseract (preferred).
  • Experience with version control systems like Git or SVN .
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in developing and deploying RPA solutions.
