We are seeking an experienced Sr. Software Engineer to join our Consultancy team in Raleigh, North Carolina. In this role, you will be primarily focused on working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, addressing customer inquiries, and maintaining the integrity of customer accounts. This role offers a long term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement software solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
• Ensure the accurate processing of customer applications
• Maintain and update customer records meticulously
• Resolve customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner
• Monitor customer accounts and undertake necessary actions when required
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and advancements
• Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals
• Ensure the confidentiality and security of all software applications
• Provide technical guidance and support to entry level team members
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to strategy discussions.• The ideal candidate should have at least 7 years of experience in Software Engineering.
• Proficiency in Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations is essential.
• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is required.
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies and principles.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think algorithmically.
• Proven experience in managing the complete software development lifecycle.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
• Demonstrated experience in delivering high-quality software solutions within set timelines.
• Experience with other technologies will be considered an asset.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced and evolving environment which includes ongoing learning and training opportunities.
• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies is desirable.
