Job Description

Key Responsibilities
As a Healthcare Consultant, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Developing and maintaining templates for project teams and clients throughout engagements.
Consolidating feedback from various stakeholders into clear, concise documents.
Assessing and analyzing current care processes to identify opportunities for increased value and efficiency.
Supporting the design, analysis, and implementation of new processes and technology solutions.
Identifying necessary changes to achieve desired future states.
Building and nurturing positive relationships with stakeholders to facilitate effective change management.
Scheduling and coordinating meetings with clients and team members.
Setting up and maintaining SharePoint/TEAMS sites for project collaboration.
Documenting meeting notes and action items during key discussions.
Overseeing daily operations within specific workstreams.
Contributing to the development of work products and deliverables.
Conducting data analyses that lead to insightful observations and recommendations.
Adapting to fast-paced and dynamic work environments.

Work Location
This role requires travel of up to 75%, depending on project assignments, and you must reside within one hour of a major airport. The initial project location may change based on business needs.

Requirements
To be considered for this role, you should have:

A Bachelor's degree, preferably in a healthcare-related field.
2-3 years of experience in healthcare or business consulting.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Office365.
U.S. citizenship, as required by our clients.
